We offer a 7-day return policy only if the product you receive is not genuine (fake) or significantly different from what was advertised.
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (if applicable).

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be arranged through a mutually agreed method.
Return Shipping
If the product is confirmed to be fake or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
